Computer Architecture, ITCS 223, or ITCS 222 is a computer science course which introduces the basics of computer architecture. Topics include data representation, basics of digital logic, basics of Assembly language, Computer performance evaluation, data path and control unit, non-pipelined and pipelined processor design, main memory hierarchy. Assembly language programming is used as a means of exploring instruction set architectures.
